- Divinity ships orders within the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) by FedEx or USPS. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority. We do NOT request or require a signature for USPS or UPS deliveries. FedEx delivers on Saturday along with USPS, but neither delivers on Sunday. Do not include Sunday when estimating your expected delivery date. If a signature is required a $5.00 charge will be added to your bill. We will charge you a $15 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

- Divinity does ship to APO addresses! We stand by our military 100% and would be honored to consider our servicemen and women Divinity customers and fans!

- Returns & Replacements
- Easy 14-day exchange policy. For non-defective merchandise, Divinity will only offer a credit for the amount purchased (less shipping costs). No cash or credit card refunds will be granted. Items that qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less original shipping costs. Return procedure is as follows: 1) Package your item with a copy of your receipt. 2) Email orders@divinitymma.com with the item to be returned, and the reason for the return. 3) Mail package to Divinity MMA, 200 S. Wilcox St. #241, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
Returns must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty, missing tags or after 14 days of purchase will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.
Non-returnable items (even if they are new): "Clearance" items, mouth guards, protective cups, undergarments, vale tudo/compression shorts, underwear, books, videos, supplements.
Lost Shipments: Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Divinity accepts all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express - as well as PayPal for all purchases. No checks, money orders, or bank drafts are accepted. Cash only accepted at live events. To get access to exclusive discounts, sign up for our newsletter!
- Viewing Orders
- If you wish to view past orders, you must create an account on our website prior to placing that order. Customers who create an account will have access to past orders and view items, amount paid, date ordered, and tracking number on previous order shipments.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, simply login and go to "My Account" and edit your Profile.
